Capstone Presentations

I don't actually have any pictures of my booth since I was walking around helping others with their booths, but believe me it was pretty bomb. I had the element of surprise at my booth because when people looked at my booth they expected to see someone dressed in a business casual manner, but I was completely casual. 

My Experience:

So I guess the capstone experience was cool, except during the actual presentation not very many people passed by my booth. I was pretty satisfied with the people that did though, because these few people that passed by and talked to me actually really liked my final product. My favorite part about talking to all of the people who passed by was that just about every single one knew something about computer science or producing code, and the fact that these people really liked my final product gave me the confidence boost that I feel I really needed. There was one fella who actually asked me very difficult and thorough questions that actually had me thinking pretty hard, and I was very grateful for that. The hardest part about the whole experience was having to explain everything to my judge, who had little to no knowledge of computer science, which led to me having to explain every little thing about my field. After enough time explaining, I ended up forgetting to mention many things about my problem, and important key aspects of my final product and research. The most fun about everything was explaining to my classmates and having classmates explain to me what their projects were. Most everyone who I talked to about their capstone project had something that I really liked. 

Senior Farewell Project

My group consists of Rachael, Ashwin, and Tyvery. We are going to make a time capsule video which will have things that individual group members find important now that people will be able to find later. I will be contributing my own section of the video in the time capsule.

For the video we are making in IMED, we are going to profile all of the professors. :D

Capstone Presentation Assets and stuff. :D

So for my actual capstone presentation, all I will really need is my infographic poster along with the website I made pulled up on my laptop. The only last thing I'll really need would be my actual final product. This will simply be a small set of printed pages that any visitors to my station will be able to freely look through.

Since I will only really have about 3 visual aids, my posters simplicity and odd combination of color would probably lure anyone passing by into my lair. The only thing that actually would catch their attention to me would be the nice laptop I have, my poster, and how different I look from everyone else.
